Radio for a Cause exists to empower individuals with disabilities through inclusive broadcasting, media training, and community connection.

Radio for a Cause began with a simple but powerful belief: every voice deserves to be heard.
What started as a grassroots streaming station has grown into a community-driven movement focused on inclusion, empowerment, and opportunity through broadcasting. Inspired by the need for greater representation and meaningful opportunities for individuals on the autism spectrum and people with disabilities, Radio for a Cause was created to provide a platform where individuals can build confidence, develop communication skills, share their stories, and connect with the community.
Today, Radio for a Cause continues to grow through community partnerships, fundraisers, outreach, and the future vision of launching 96.9 The Spectrum FM — an inclusive community radio station built to serve Northeast Indiana.
